Basic Meditation For Controling Anger

To loose our anger, we can do some basic meditation.
Meditation is good if we do it when early morning after we get up in the morning, and at night before we fall asleep.
And we should do this everyday.



First we sitting like meditation way, and then we can choose 1 from 2 ways can be use :
1. Breath calm and close out mouth, then in our mind we count from 1 to 100 then back to 1 again.
2. Take deep breath from our nose and hold it for few second and then blow it out from our mouth, do it many times for a 5 to 10 minutes.
